Yes. When you select JPG output, files are saved at 80% quality. WebP uses 85% quality. PNG is always lossless. These are optimal defaults for web use.
Original file names are preserved, with only the extension changed to match the new format. For example, "photo.png" becomes "photo.webp" when converting to WebP.
